Annotate and Bookmark

With the "Annotate Essuance" function, you can input your notes and action items related to a particular issuance right on the margins of the document itself. The notes will be available only to yourself and those with approved usernames and passwords.

This service does away with the wasteful and inefficient practice of printing the document and sending a hardcopy with marginal notes to a colleague or to other members of the company. Should you require hard copies of any of the annotated issuances, you also have the option of downloading the document together with your comments in .pdf format for sending via e-mail to any number of intended recipients.

The bookmark function, meanwhile, allows you to earmark issuances that you may want to return to at a later time. Instead of repeatedly using the search function of the website, "Essuances Bookmark" will index these issuances for you, giving you on-demand access to the documents you need.
