THIS MASTER SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) GOVERNS YOUR 14-DAY FREE TRIAL OF THE SERVICES.
BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH ENTITY AND ITS AFFILIATES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, IN WHICH CASE THE TERMS "YOU" OR "YOUR" SHALL REFER TO SUCH ENTITY AND ITS AFFILIATES.
We will make one or more Services available to You on a trial basis free of charge until the earlier of (a) the fourteenth day after Your acceptance of this Agreement or (b) the start date of any Purchased Services ordered by You.
1. Services
You will be provided with updates on the latest laws, rules, regulations and circulars from the various government agencies you communicated to Essuances.
Essuances will maintain a website/online system where it will upload all updates from the above listed agencies and where you can view, search and download the updates. Essuances shall notify You via e-mail every time it updates the website/on-line system.
2. Publicity
You agree that Essuances can contact you for permission to use your company name and logo in presentations, marketing materials, customer lists, financial reports, Website listings of customers and Referral Pages.
3. Survey Form
You agree to answer an Essuances survey form at the end of your free-trial period. The survey form shall contain questions regarding your insights on the service delivered as well as questions on how the service can be improved to suit your business needs.
